Overview
This one day intensive aesthetics training course is perfect for Level 3 therapists looking to expand their skills with the extremely popular dermaplaning and microneedling treatments.
Dermaplaning will enable you to make your clients’ skin fresh, glowing, and clean. You will learn the procedure of using a surgical scalpel for removing the topmost layer of dead skin, along with vellus hair known as peach fuzz. Microneedling is a minimally invasive cosmetic procedure that stimulates collagen and elastin production to improve wrinkles, the appearance of pores, skin tone, texture, and provides a brighter complexion. It can also be effectively used to treat acne scars, burns, and stretch marks.
The microneedling facial is non-surgical and utilizes small needles to create tiny pinpricks in the top layer of the skin. This prompts the body to initiate a healing response and renew skin cells. As the skin repairs itself, the natural production of collagen and elastin occurs, which almost immediately plumps up the skin.
Upon completion, students will receive an accredited IPHM certificate to perform these treatments professionally.
